Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Red Opal Consult LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Red Opal Consult LLC provides business consulting services including but not limited to business formation, bookkeeping, automation, and operational support. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements and proposals.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project-based services require payment as outlined in the proposal
• Monthly retainer services are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Limitation of Liability

Red Opal Consult LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
